Refund and Return Policy

At Kudoshirt, we focus in the shopping experience, if the order is not right we will do what we can to make it right. 

We’re happy to accept return, refund, exchange on orders within 30 days after delivery. 

Returns

  • Eligibility
    We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
    – The item must be in its original condition, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Return Process
    To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@kudoshirt.com and provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos or documentation.
    Once we have received your request, we will review it and provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
  • Shipping Costs and Restocking Fee
    Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective product). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
    – For defective products or incorrect or defective in another way: Restocking and shipping fee : Free. (We will send you the prepaid label).
    – Other reason (Buyer’s remorse, change size, color, no need…): Restocking fee: 30% product price + Shipping price (calculate by shipping provider).

Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility
    Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds are typically issued in the following cases:
     – The returned item meets our return eligibility criteria.
     – The item is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon inspection.
     – We sent you the wrong item.
  • Refund Process
    If your return is approved, we will process your refund using the same method of payment you used for your original purchase. It may take several business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
  • Late or Missing Refunds
    If you haven’t received your refund within a reasonable time frame, please check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, feel free to contact our customer support for assistance.
